Illinois Cheerleading Academy uses the USASF Rules and Guidelines for team placement. Because there are so many different levels within an age group, each child will be placed on a team based upon their age. In some instances, the child could be moved up to higher level depending upon ability and team needs.
We believe that everyone has a skill that will benefit one of our teams. It is our job as coaches to teach and bring out each child’s ability to its fullest potential.
